HISEF is a non-profit organization with an aim to provide community services to the less privileged children for self-reliance and development. HISEF is open to all Nigerians to readily support and provide vocational training facilities to the less privileged to help them actualize their potentials.

To clear the notion which drives people into believing that, social challenges in life are God given. This negative impression is rather unfortunate because the actions of individuals in society are often times largely responsible for their social misfortunes and that of others. This foundation will a create conducive environment to support and train less privileged persons with great potentials at zero costs.
